What the clients think
"Your enthusiasm and the knack you have of building people up and making them feel good about themselves and their achievements however small, plus the banter and your interest in people's lives outside of the gym is what makes Mac's Results so unique."

"There is a MASSIVE difference between exercise classes and Mac's Results. Mac's Results kick-started my interest in fitness. I hadn't taken it seriously before and hadn't realised just how much benefit there is from regular exercise physically and mentally. I went from doing an aerial class every few weeks to going to the gym 3-4 times a week, weekly aerial classes and being able to do lots of fun races!!
You are a very genuine person and your focus is entirely on your clients. You don't prioritise looks like some other pt's online seem to do and you don't show off (even though you'd have every right to with your muscles ). You take into account the bigger picture and provide a much needed all round approach to fitness rather than a one size fits all."
- Kiera
The community, I know that whoever I'm in a session with will be good people. The accountability, you genuinely care about your clients and their progress and I'm more likely to attend knowing that you're expecting me to come.
The studio is also a safe space, there is never any judgement from you on whether or not we follow nutrition or simply want a good work out. You're never preachy but gently steer your people towards what they need to do.
