Baby Steps: Pre and Post Natal Exercise Support
Have you recently had a baby and need a safe and inviting space that will help you navigate the world of postnatal movement or maybe you're expecting a little one and need help with continuing to exercise throughout your pregnancy? If so, I have just the solution for you!
Who is this course for and what is included?
Baby Steps: Prenatal is suitable for expecting mothers at any point during their pregnancy, all levels and abilities.
We will be focusing on exercising safely, the power and importance of breathing and full body strengthening, including the core and pelvic floor.
My classes are kept small so that you can get the individual attention that you need and so that I can hold a safe space for our participants to share and support each other on their journey through pregnancy.

You will be given access to an online platform where you can begin working through your on-demand materials if you wish.
During my coach-led course you will come to the Mac's Results gym to any of the Small Group Personal Training Sessions. Here we will work through your workout, and you will also have space for introductions and you can ask any questions may have about the course or exercises.
Baby Steps: Postnatal
This course has been expertly developed to help you navigate the world of early postnatal exercise, movement, nutrition and healing.
There is so much conflicting advice out there which makes it really difficult to know what to do after having a baby.
In our time together, you’ll learn how to rehabilitate your whole core and pelvic floor, build lifelong, sustainable exercise & nutrition habits and meet like-minded mums who are in a similar situation to you.
This course is available in-person, and will incorporate all things you’ll need to know about returning to exercise after having a baby… exercise, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep, yoga and relaxation.

This course includes:

Weekly in-person sessions where you follow a specialist postnatal exercise program, with coach supervision.

2 additional workouts per week that are postnatal specific and can be done at home or in my gym

Unlimited access to my Open Gym Sessions** where you can complete be guided by my postnatal platform

Unlimited access to my online Pilates sessions to support your strength training, provided by The Physiotherapy & Pilates Company

A safe space to discuss how you are feeling and finding the course.

A community of like-minded parents to connect and share your journey with

Sessions are delivered in our private gym which will give us the opportunity to get to know each other and engage in the community aspect that Mac's Results is well known for.

Access to the full online platform with on demand channel
** You can bring your baby to coach led and supervised open gym sessions, unsupervised gym sessions are adults only
Who is this course for and what is included?
Baby Steps: Postnatal is suitable for mums from 6 weeks postnatal from vaginal delivery and 10 weeks for C-Section.
My classes are kept small so that you can get the individual attention that you need and so that I can hold a safe space for our participants to share and support each other on their journey through motherhood.

You will be given access to an online platform where you can begin working through your on-demand materials if you wish.
During my coach-led course you will come to the Mac's Results gym on a Thursday 1030-1130. Here we will work through your workout, and you will also have space for introductions and you can ask any questions may have about the course or exercises.
